Hello!
My current $29 plan ends in a few days (subscription is off). I see I have an option to change the subscription to different plans. I am choosing $27 plan but the circles spinning forever... Any idea how to change it or how to contact the service team?

You are eligible for the $27 plan since it is shown in your account. Remember to switch on your Next Renewal date so you won’t be charge for the new plan and there are no refund for unused days on your old plan.

you usually can't downgrade to cheaper plans than your current plan. If using laptop...log in to your account > My Account > Subscription & Add-ons > Change Subscription...in there, you see the plans that are available to your currently. Is the cheaper plan available ?

you can trying again using browser with Incognito mode and see if it works. Make sure you use Change on Renewal so you don't waste money. However, if it ends in a few days, and if you want to get the plan first, maybe you can use Change Now to get it now, you will just lost the money for couple days with your current plan
If you need PM to check and help the plan change instead, send them a ticket. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
