how to cancel service and get my payment back since I haven't started the activation process since I received the SIM card very late.

PM is a prepaid carrier and usually do not provide refund. However, if there is any activation problem and the acocunt not fully setup, they might agree for a full refund. You can submit ticket by direct message:

you would need to submit ticket and discuss with PM directly.
