I've been with PM for 6yrs. Always paid 19$ plus tax. Now I'm paying 28.75$ taxes in (25$ plan) I want my old 19$ plan. I did not change the plan myself, it was done by PM. They now have a 19$ plan with 4G which is the same as my old plan (1G of data). How can/Can I sign up for the new one?

@Tabarnack Everyone been moved to the new points system no more $ legacy rewards , so now we have to pay full price and earn 5% back on plan spend and get 10 points back once a year on our anniversary date friend refferals keep same value but in points now . With the added step of waiting to you have earned 15 points to redeem $15 off your bill . From rewards portal in your account . As for changing plans it’s now harder to downgrade plan spend and we can only change to the plans that are available to us to change to in our accounts despite what we see on the website . So you being in the $25 plan won’t see the $19 plan to cage to unfortunately. So if you do t have any frend refferals then you could port number out of PM and port back in on newly created PM account with new sim and and new mail to get the desired plan and keep your same phone number is the only work around

PM didn't change plan, just changed everyone on the legacy rewards system to Public Point.
the $19 plan is new activation only, don't think you can change to that now

HI @Tabarnack
you were wondering where the autopay/loyalty discount/friend rewards gone? PM has ended that old system and moved everyone to the new Public Points!!
So, now you have to pay full price first and PM will give you back points after. Instead of loyalty rewards monthly, you get 10 points per year on your anniversary date with Public Mobile. Instead of $2 autopay discount, you get 5% of your plan in points.
And the points are useful to reduce the bill. After you got 15+ points, you will go to rewards site to redeem 15 points for $15 bill credit
More details with the change
And the plan you want to change to, actually most $25 plan holder got offered the $19 plan shortly after the cutover to the new rewards system, I guess you didn't check Community and your My Account and you missed the offere
