I canceled the plan, and now, two months later, I was charged for the canceled plan. When I log in, I can’t access my account. I would like the amount to be refunded. How should I proceed?

I hope that on your account page you did disable auto renew. On your account page ---> click on payments and then ----> disable subscribe. If you did and it still charged you then Contact customer support.
