My plan ran out the other day and i went and got a pay voucher to put on my account to get a new plan. However the pin number is not working and im told my phone is suspended....is that why the pins not working? I have private messaged the moderator team twice yesterday and once today with no response....what the heck...is that normal? HELP!! Lol
@Dexmilli Are you sure you are correctly entering the 12 digit pin code found on the receipt?

If you want to change plans when your plan is expired, you will need moderator help. If you want to continue with the same plan, you can just add the voucher.
You will need to wait for moderator, but it will take 1-2 days to respond.
