I bought 2 Physical SIM cards for my family on January 25th, but I still haven't gotten them yet. I think it's been a long time. Could you reimburse me for the SIM card? I’ll go buy two cards myself at a physical store.

sim card orders are non-refundable. If you just still waiting for it, PM can arrange to resend or you can request to buy one from local Telus, Koodo or Mobile Klink store and they will reimburse

i don’t have SIM card too, it’s a bad company. They don’t return my money!

Sometimes it takes 10 or more days to receive SIM from PM.
PM has no tracking option but you can try to get refund if you open a ticket and provide proof of purchase.
But I guess agent will tell you to wait a while...

So it's 8 business days now. They do take up to 10 business days. You can wait till Friday or buy new ones today and ask for the credit. Who knows of they will give it to you.
