I ordered a SIM card on October 22, 2023. Today has been 10 business days since ordering and I have not received the SIM card in the mail yet. How do I get my SIM card?

it's been taking up to 3 weeks for delivery for some customers..not all customers. Some gett'em in a few days whereas some take longer. It's been recommended to check your local Telus retail outlet to see if they have'em for sale. Alternative, is to order on Amazon.ca.

Me too I just opened a ticket cuz it’s been 10 days for me too. I had signed up about 3 years ago with PublicMobile and the SIM card came the next day! ??? What’s going on?!

open ticket as advised above. If support offer to resend you another one, ask if you can buy in person (from local Telus or Koodo stores) and ask them to reimburse you the extra cost instead

plan on 3 weeks for delivery. Alternative is to message a CSA to see if they can tell when was sent..
