You can request an invoice but it takes about a month. However it is unlikely that you can use it for the purpose you describe because pm does not verify your identity or address like a normal postpaid provider does....pm has no such requirement so your profile can be anything you like. You can be Superman (Clark Kent)for all they care.
You will need another type of bill to verify your address with the government. If you have a hydro, gas, tv/internet, tax bill would work. A traffic ticket, notice of assessment, EI or welfare statement/stub would all work. Any kind of bill or document where you had to show ID or prove your identity....personal health number or pharmacare bill/statement, car, home or extended health insurance, bank , investment statement or even your pay stub should work.

@AGMatthews Yes, there is now download of the phone bill but you can open a ticket with PM Support and have them to prepare you one. It might take 2 or 3 weeks, so, better to request once every 3 months or 6 months
for your reference, this is the experience from @AE_Collector before:
to open ticket with PM Support:
1. If you have access to Self-Serve My account: For faster response (2-48 hours) , Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with above method: you can Send a private message to the CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply and work with you via messaging there
