I recently bought a Motorola G7 plus off Amazon and have been very happy with it. It was $350, the other G7 models are cheaper. I bought the top one.
It's the international version and is working with PM just fine. Do be warned, you may not be able to get any warranty with international models. I took the chance and so far it was worth it.

PM use to sell phones but have not sold for quite sometime. They are a bring your own phone. You can purchase unlocked phones through Staples, Amazon, Bestbuy, Walmart and many other online and other retailers.

AliExpress is also a good alternative. Need to be careful to buy global models that are compatible for use in Canada. It's no big deal to treat buying service separately from buying hardware.

EBay is your best bet along with amazon, since this is a self serve and bring your own device provider.
