I’m travelling in Nova Scotia and I can’t send emails or use my phone with out wifi what’s up with this

are you in major city or rual area?
check the coverage map:

First reset network settings, also , try changing the network mode , switch between 4G/LTE or 5G and check if it helps.

Check your account to see how much data you have left on your plan.
You might be out of data not realizing it...
And even if you do Have data service might be soooo slow you have a feeling emails do not work. Have the same experience...

first things first...log in to your account and make sure it hasn't been SUSPENDED due to non-pay. On rare occasions, autopay does glitch out.
