Yes, it appears as though there is an outage in the western region of Canada. I'm hoping it doesn't last too long for you.
is that a new account? or existing account just doesn't have service today?
if existing account and you are in the West (BC/AB), there is a current a problem with voice calls
if new account, check if data works
