Hi,

 I have two numbers one is working second is not I want to pay I have no access when ever I logging its take me to the line is active please help me I don’t want to lose that number.

The 2nd number has been with PM long time? Was it active with all along untill lately?

You have two accounts meaning two seperate emails. Use the other email to log into your account. If you can't log in, contact a CS Agent and they'll correct it for you.
