Bought new phone that is the same as the one stolen and new SIM card. Went to my already set up account and followed procedure to change SIM card number but the system is refusing my attempt to put in new SIM card number. What do I do???

You could try the lost phone trick. To report your phone stolen. Login to your selfserve account. Choose Plans and Add-ons tab. Choose the Lost/Stolen Phone tab. Choose Suspend Service tab. Wait a few minutes. Report your phone found. Re-start you phone. If you still have problems then contact a moderator. Hi @Luc1 , sorry to hear that your phone was stolen. If you're still unable to fix your SIM, it's best to send a private message to a moderator so they can link your new SIM to your new phone. You can provide them your name, Public Mobile phone # and SIM card # so they can assist you faster. Here's the link on how to contact them privately:

@Luc1Just to clarify you can type in the 19 digits into the box? It is not inactive or anything? Is it the system that is rejecting your submission?
