Did you reboot your phone recently? If not, please power it off, remove the SIM card, wait about 60 seconds, then re-insert the SIM card and power the phone back on or try your SIM in another unlocked phone,If it works in the new phone you have a hardware issue. If it doesn't you have a bad sim.

Do Not Disturb Mode only disables sounds and vibrations associated with calls and notifications (notifications still come in silently). It would not prevent internet usage.
@ChristineNewman, if you log into your self-serve account, does it show how much data you have remaining?

is that just internet not working? so which plan you have, it is better to check your account, if the data already used off.
