Phone staying on SOS

My phone isn’t connecting to any network, it’s staying on SOS. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting, reset my network connections on my phone, and went to chat to submit a help ticket and it wouldn’t let me even do that. What’s my next move?

Can you try the sim in a different cell ? (Ignore this if using esim)
