The settings on my phone are showing my old phone number that I used to have. The public mobile app shows my current phone number. When I text, the old number appears to the recipient without any of my contact info. I had a friend text to me using my current number and I never received it. I have restarted my phone and nothing changed. I updated my password here and the reset codes went to my current number without any problems.
I get calls to the current number. When I dial the current number, it goes to my voicemail. I already rebooted my phone and that didn't change anything. I reset my network settings and my phone still shows the old number in Settings. I have an LG G8 android phone and I can't update the phone number manually. Not to be snarky, but if I could do that, I wouldn't be on here. 😉
