Cancelling my Public mobile number.

Can someone help me cancel my public mobile account number. I really want to stop the autopay payment but i can't open my public mobile app. I keep on calling them but they need a 4 pin number which i cannot remember.

You tried on the website also, or just the app?

When it ask for the code, click the link that says didn't receive this code to have it resent to your email instead.

Once signed into the account, you slide the Manage Subscription tab to off to cancel autopay.

After 90 days no payments or available funds the account will be closed and your phone number will be lost. 

You said you called them and they are asking for pin which you don't know. 

So you messaged them at the link below and they can't assist you. You might have issues moving forward.

if you don't need your phone number to port out to another provider, just ask PM to help to remove the credit card from the system
