Error message "Mobile network not available"

@8george1  are you in Scarborough, Ajax or Pickering area? As well as other areas of Ontario

 

There was just a post about Rogers services being affected by an outage.

Maybe there's issues with Public Mobile as well

They say some areas are coming back. 

@8george1 can you manually select PM as your network, place the phone on aeroplane mode for 5 minutes, take it off and restart the phone? Let us know if this works. Thanks.

I tried rebooting with no luck. All other service providers are up and running with the exception of Public Mobile. There were power outages in the area due to high winds but my house was not affected other than a small bump.

@8george1 , there's a possibility that a local outage is affecting your service or maybe it's a phone issue.  Are you able to connect to the network?  If not, try a reboot.  Login to the self serve account and see if there's anything out of the ordinary.

Can you provide more details please?

Did you just sign up?

Is it a new phone?

Is it unlocked?

Have you tried rebooting your phone?

Have you logged into your account to see if it is active and in good standing?

What kind of phone do you have?
