Phone service stopped working

Hey guys, my phone service stopped working. Says it's not part of my plan. It should be. Always has, haven't touched the plan since I started. Please correct asap as I need my phone for work!

I would turn off your phone and turn it back on again, also make sure it's loaded with latest carrier update. If that doesn't resolve the problem msg the moderators. They are pretty quick to respond and take care of issues.
