Hey I've been trying to figure out what's wrong with my voice-mail every time I try to call to check it, it hangs up immediately and I have a galaxy A71 5G

Choose a city close to you as the phone number sets are the same

And sometimes, cities with telecom companies do not cover all different cities, less choices

My city isn't on there

Because of the Telus realignment of 3G bands mentioned above

Try manually dialing 1-778-580-4001 and see if it works differently.

@Moosepig

Do you have issues with voice in general?  Ie. outgoing and incoming calls?

Could be a problem with the lack of VOLTE support your phone with PM

PM uses Telus and Bell Network.  Telus is in the process or realigning some 850 Mhz channel on its 3G network for other use.  People who have phones that is not whitelist on PM VoLTE list (some older phones) and  those do not have 1900Mhz (phones that are not designed primarily for North America) will have voice trouble.

So, depends on the phone you have, it might not be something that can be fixed unless you change phone, or if your phone has VoLTE, then you can move to Koodo or Telus
