Is your renewal tonight? You cannot force the system to take your payment you will just have to let your autopay card be charged unless you don't have working services then you should choose other amount and top up enough to cover your plan amount.
If you have tried twice to pay you must wait one Full hour before trying again.

@Samsonken is your service working or account status shows supended?
try using the option "Other (enter the desired amount) " instead
Go to Payment option, one time payment, and pick Other (enter the desired amount) instead of Amount due
Then logoff from My Account and Reboot the phone

Try clearing cache and cookies and opening an incognito tab.
Some other users have found that using a completely different device and browser helps as well.
