Can't seem to register my phone plan, says my current phone number with Virgin is not a valid number. Yet I still receive text and phone calls.

Their hours are 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. eastern time, hopefully you'll get a reply this evening but otherwise it won't likely be until tomorrow.
