Ordered a phone 2 weeks or more ago haven't received

No matter which company was used to ship the phone (it's usually UPS), the first thing that the carrier will ask for is the tracking nubmer.  Unfortunately, Public Mobile often doesn't provide this information to the customer.   Ther are other times when customers received tracking information about the shipment after receiving the package.

HI @Proton1  Phone orders are using around 2 weeks, and PM ship by courier, except they might not send you the tracking. 😞

Please submit a ticket with agent and they can update you the status and provide tracking number

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Ask the customer support agents to track the order and let you know when you might expect delivery.

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here to create a support ticket, then type Customer Support Agent, then Contact Us,  or
  2. Send a private message to Customer Support Agent by clicking here.  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
