I ordered a phone on Dec 7, got a confirmation, but never a tracking number...

it's been 2 weeks...

Where is my phone?

As noted by softech, you'll need to contact support.  I can however attest to the fact that they probably do have a tracking number for the package, just it may take a bit for them to get back to you.  You'll need to find the order number and provide that and a bit more information probably.

under normal circumstances, figure up to 4 weeks for delivery. Due to Xmas season, could be more. If you're in Vancouver, could be longer due to a bit of snow !!
