I ordered a new phone on the Public mobile site over 10 days ago. The tracking says a label has been created but it hasn’t moved or even been picked up. Should I be concerned? Or just cancel my order and go buy a new phone?

@Gunner123 Yes, ordering SIM with PM usually is a bit long. There have been time that PM can deliver within a week but lately it has gone back to 2 weeks.
I also suggest to get it via store or via Amazon (especially if you have Prime me membership). Many members also got it from https://canadiancellsupplies.com/

@dmsta Yes, phone orders with PM could take as many as 2 weeks. It has been 10 days but you got the tracking number, so it should come soon.
To confirm if any issue with the shipment, please open ticket with PM Support via messaging. Send them the order number and tracking for them to look up the order:

@dmsta hi I find buying a phone or sim from Public takes way to long you may have a 2 or 3 week wait
