Hi, I am desperately looking for a number from 4-5 months ago. Any chances of PM keeping a log of the numbers I called or texted from back in March?

Check in your Public Mobile self serve account and manually enter a date. I have sometimes seen details in my account that were for activities from longer than 90 days ago, but the results were unreliable at best with only some of the usage activities showing (I compared to my phone's call logs and saved SMS messages) with other usage activities missing from the list.

If you are wishing to get call logs going back 4-5 months, please contact a CS Agent. What you want to ask for is detailed billing for the last 6 months. I believe this is mandatory by the CRTC of all mobile carriers.

Sorry, usage history is only 90 days and there won't be any way to find the log older than that
