I have put in my sim card, it is sending me a code to the phone number but I can't receive it as my number is not set up.

Have you gone fully through the account activation process using the app? If your account isn’t fully setup you might not see the option to receive the code via email.

If you’ve started the signup process through the website you will have to continue it using the app. 

If you’ve been using the app, what step did you make it to?
