Phone number transfer from Koodo to Public Mobile

I'm transferring my phone number from Koodo to Public Mobie, but it's over 5 hours since this process was started, and I still haven't received a transfer request SMS.

is your Koodo account active? try to reboot phone with Koodo sim card

And you can call   PM porting support team to confirm the status or reinitiate the process.  I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (envelope on top right), check for the number and call
