Phone number not working after transferring

i switched from Bell to PM yesterday when the same phone number but I cannot receive calls or sms message until today! Please help

I tried but didn’t work. My transfer request is not there at all and i am just waiting forever for someone to pick up

They said they are telus and not supporting public mobile service. So what do I do now??? I have paid for the service and got nothing

Check the phone number I sent you (top right envelope icon)

Did you reply YES to the message from Bell? I will send you the porting team phone number, check the status of your port there.

Check the envelope icon on the top right.

Did you follow transfer instructions to the letter?

Left OLD SIM in your phone, requested transfer, replied Yes within 90 minutes of receiving SMS from Bell, etc.?
