Phone number not associated to account

I'm attempting to reset the password of a family members account, but when i select the option to recover the password via phone number, I get the error "please enter a valid phone number...".

A little strange that the number isn't being recognized when the account has been open for months.

At any time did you change your Public Mobile phone number or port a phone number in after you had already activated? I suspect that the EverSafe system has the old phoen number.  To reset your Self Serve password, check for an option to have the instructions sent to your e-mail address.
