Phone number malfunction

I went to transfer my stuff from this phone to anthor phone but it didn’t seem to transfer my phone number and my cellur data and on this phone I had an e sim and it didn’t transfer so I went and bought a new eSIM for my other phone when I go to activate it I need to confirm my identity and I can’t get the code because my phone number doesn’t seem to work on this phone or my other phone

you didn't need to go through all that. You just need to download the Public Mobile app to your new cell, log in to your account and buy a new esim. (it should be free as a replacement esim). If you don't get the code, click Resend to email.
