I imported my phone number after a little while using PM. When some people text me via MMS, it goes to both my original phone number and my imported one...? Also when I log into PM My Account, it sends the text verification to my original number. It's been this way for months now and never fixed itself... this will be an issue when they eventually hand out the original number to someone else...
Any help?

I was able to log in with email, that's how I was able to post. I just updated the number as you mentioned for My Account as you mentioned, thank you!!! I will try the message fix you mentioned tonight.

@Megan4ce just want to confirm, you can receive incoming calls when someone call your "imported number"?
For the 2FA issue to login My Account, check if you can login using e-mail to receive the code first
On the 2FA screen, click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend Code" and choose "Send email" or "Send Voice Message" to get 2FA.
if you can login, go to Profile > Manage EverSafe ID and update the phone number

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
for the MMS issues, try Reset Network Settings after a device reboot.
If that does not fix the 2 numbers problem, try uninstalling Google Message app, reboot phone , reboot phone and reinstall
