is this from line you want to transfer also from Telus?
if it is , then you can activate a new temporary number first, then ask PM agent to manually port the line into PM

im with Telus mobile with 2 lines my first one worked but this one doesn’t seem to function and I paid for the subscription already

are you using Koodo Prepaid now? if you are, you cannot request porting yet. you have to activate the PM service with a temporary new number. After it is activated, you can then submit a ticket and ask PM agent to manually port over the line

This is a Telus number so it should port over to PM as long as the number is still active.
