Phone not working

My phone shows "No service" .

I have tried all the trouble shooting steps provided but to no avail.

@NiceLinda  Does it show suspended?  If so maybe there was a payment issue and you can reactivate the account.  If it's a browser issue, try incognito/in private browsing to see if it makes a difference.

Oh dear. Can you try using incognito mode (or secret or private depending on your browser).

I have logged into my account, it shows nothing. It's looks like i have no subscription.

Can you take the sim out and log in to your account and go into profile and verify the sim numbers match.
If they do then it would seem you'll need support. They can be reached:

Thanks, I have tried the SIM on another phone, it does not work.

It's not a network problem, it has always worked from where i am now

Is this a used phone you bought somewhere? Or new from a store or provider? (when you got it)

HI @NiceLinda is this a new phone you just got?

and try either pull your sim out and wipe it or try the sim in another phone

but it can also be network problem, try your phone in another area

@NiceLinda Have you checked your account to validate subscription is valid?  Have you tried calling 611 from your phone to see if it says account is valid?

you are new customer or existing PM customer for sometime? and what phone you have? is this a new phone you just got?

if you are using Physical or esim?  If physical sim, try it on another phone
