Anyone else having issues with the network right now? Was in the middle of a call and lost it, no longer able to access the network. Payments are up to date.

Same here. Resets dont work, tried swapping to 3g, nothing. No phone calls or texts working, all say "your call could not be connected as dialed, please check number....." I know the number is right as I speed dial my voicemail to the same result. Located in NS fwiw

were you in the same location or moving within a location or somewhere outside?
Is the device you’re using new to you and was it acquired from a reputable source?
What you’re describing definitely sounds environmental/outage related/ and related to location, however, it could also have to do with the device being blacklisted if it was acquired from an unknown or untrusted private sale.

which area you are in ?
there is no active outage alert related with mobile service according to https://www.telus.com/en/bc/outages
try reboot the phone and try make calls again. Try changing to 3G Only on your phone's network mode and see
