Phone not registered to network

I can't make outgoing calls says my number is not registered on the network systom and just renewed my service

@Dannynight  Can you try SIM card  in another phone to test , and reset network settings and reboot the phone to start … forfurther help from support

HI @Dannynight   yours is not a new activation?

 

on your phone, click Reset all networks

and Try your sim card in another phone 

check if your phone connects to PM network

check if text and data work

if still unable to make calls, please submit ticket with CS agent at

 https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
