Help! For the past 2 days, everytime I try to make a call on my cellphone this automated message comes "Hi Public mobile here, Sorry, your call can not be completed as dialed. Please try again". This happens with every number I try to call. This is also happening to my mom's public mobile phone as well. Any suggestions? I am all paid on my bills and I have tried restarting my phone. Thanks!
There has been some voice issue for some customers in the last couple days
Try this first, power off the phone for 5 mins and then power up and try again
If that does not work, please open a ticket with PM support for them to refresh your account, they will be able to resolve it
