Phone has no service but payment was taken and we recieved a thank you for your payment message. I cannot access my account I have requested to change the password but it has not sent the email. It has been 1 day no phone service and 6 hours since theu said an email was sent to reset password. Very frustrating as there is no reason for dissruption in service. ( I have checked my junk mail ect, no email support at all)

@KM2 You will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your account info and they help you reset your password and get you up and running again.
