Hello my wife lost her phone and she’s also with public we try to login her account but couldn’t because we cannot be able to receive the security code without her phone. How can I report it? Please help

And then when you're in, here...
Lost Phone/SIM card
To report your phone lost or stolen, sign in to your online account.
Once you are logged in, on the left side, click on Profile.
Then once that page has loaded, scroll down till you see this. Click on Report Lost / Stolen Phone. Follow the steps from there.

If you still have access to the email address for the account, you should be able to get 2FA email confirmation. When you sign in, click on "Didn't receive code" and it should give you options for email next.
