Phone keeps calling myself every 2 minutes

I really don't know where to post this, but as of about an hour ago, I keep getting calls from myself, about every 2 minutes. If my PM number is XXX-XXX-XXXX, the caller ID is also XXX-XXX-XXXX, I've tried answering (there's no one there), ignoring, dismissing without answering, and restarting the phone, and it keeps calling again.

Is anyone else having this problem? Or have any idea what would cause it? I didn't update any apps this morning, and didn't power cycle except as part of troubleshooting after this started.

Samsung Galaxy A8, branded to Koodo but unlocked of course and using PM.

Take sim out/in. 

Are you able to backup phone, update and/or format?

probably you can reboot your phone and then try  diab;eing the connection port see if this helps

That is unusual.  

Might want to try putting your SIM card in a different phone to see whether it might be  hardware issue.
