Phone is not working

My sons phone is not working even though its being paid for. he can only use it on WIFI and payments automatically come out of our account! 

I would also like to have a contact number to call so when we have issues we can call and deal with this instead of a million different steps to take. i now had to create my own profile for a phone company i dont even use!

I would also like to have a number created for my daughter, she has a phone but needs a working number.

This account for my son was attached to another account i guess and it was deleted and now we cant figure out what the email is. so please get back to me ASAP so we can resolve this

  So, your son's account is not working? when did he joined? if he had service before, maybe there is a payment issue?

And for your daughter, she joined yet? if not, use a different email address and subscribe a new account

PM system is one email for one account, so your son must have activated with a different email address.  if you cannot figure out the email address used, ask PM ,
