Phone in SOS

Got a SIM card and ported my number. Porting didn’t work for days so I changed my number to a different number but my phone is unable to make or receive calls and I cannot use any data. Please advise if there is a way that I can talk to a human to resolve this issue.

I did try the sim in another phone and it said “no sim”

How long does it take for them to respond usually?

@Zoerj did you try your PM sim in another phone and same SOS ?

It is a sim provisioning issue instead. Easy fix for PM but you will need to engage support by direct message here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
 
Since the original issue is likely unrelated to porting, if you old carrier account still active, after PM fixes the issue, you can re-submit portimg request
