Hoping someone can assist... I have a phone that has been registered and working with Public Mobile for over a year. Yesterday it started displaying "not registered on network" and won't send or receive calls. I am registered on Autopay and my account is up to day.
I have removed the SIM, reinserted it, restarted, no luck.
Help much appreciated.

2. My phone is not blacklisted.
I have made no changes to my phone, my plan, or my billing information.
Ergh.
You could put your SIM card in another working phone. This helps determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem.
Might want to try two tricks that might re-activate/reset your plan:
1. Report your phone lost/stolen in self service account. Logout. Wait few minutes. Login. Report your phone found.
To report your phone lost/stolen. Login to your account. Choose Plans and Add-ons tab. Then choose Lost/Stolen Phone tab. The choose Suspend Service tab. Logout. Wait few minutes. Login in and report your phone found. Reboot phone.
2. Manually add $1 into your balance.
These actions sometimes will reset your SIM/re-activate account.

@emaildonalbyrne , you could do a self check to see whether the phone is blacklisted or not using the site below.

@emaildonalbyrne go here and scroll down to the middle of the page and enter your imei number to see if your phone is stolen. https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-started
Dial *#06# to get it. Stay safe.

As @geopublic suggested...sounds like maybe your phone has been reported as stolen or blacklisted somehow. Go to the top of this page click on Get Started. Scroll down to Check on compatibility...then scroll down to see if it's been listed as lost/stolen.

@emaildonalbyrne did you recently pay for your plan? It may not have renewed correctly. Contact the moderators and ask them to reset your service. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. Stay safe.
Welcome to PM .

@emaildonalbyrne Has you phone been blacklisted? Usually, if restarting your phone does not resolve the problem then it means you phone got blacklisted. Did you purchase a new/used phone recently?
Try your sim in another phone, if it work then you phone is blacklisted.
