Phone data is not working

I have a Samsung A14 phone. Everything is working except the phone data. I tried to use my sim to a different unlocked phone (which was already working fine with an active Public Mobile sim) but the data is also not working in the other phone. I used the recommended Network Access Point setting mentioned in various public mobile community forum thread. Please let me know how to fix this issue.

if the sim does not work on another phone too, it could be a sim provisioning issue.  Please check with support and ask them to reproduce the sim/account 

Please open ticket with PM support:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
