Phone compatibility

when I go to check if my phone is compatible the option to choose the model and brand doesn't show up when I click the drop down button.

@RossN I don't data, and even though i'm connected to Public Mobile i Can't send or receive messages or calls. They do work when I have wifi.

@_Niya_ it could be just a sim provision issue.  Open a ticket with PM support and they can quickly fix that for you

@RossN  I can only send and receive calls and texts when I'm connected to the WIFI

@_Niya_  any error showing on the phone?  like SIM not provisioned , No SIm, No Network?

Did the phone show SIM not provisioned?

 

is that a new phone you just got?  just for peace of mind , check if the phone is blacklisted

as long as it has been used in canada your good to go is it unlocked?
