Hi I’ve done everything it says to do, the 3G network is working but when someone calls my number it doesn’t go thru??

@carpet1947 - oh so you ported over? You can use the link above in my first post to request the port again.

@carpet1947 - have you checked to see if your do not disturb (DND) setting has not been accidently turned on your device?

Thank you..I submitted a ticket sorry when I said everything I meant following the instructions to use the new sim.
so I can make calls out and receive texts, and I put the new sim in around 1pm it’s now 8:42pm so longer than 2hours

@carpet1947 - what is everything, then we know what not to suggest. 🙂
if you are were a customer before with working incoming calls, try restarting your phone or performing a reset of your network settings on your device.
Also, try you SIM into another phone to see if incoming calls work. Then move the SIM back to your phone to see if that retriggered something.
If if you have activated a new account and transferred over from another provider, note that incoming calls are usually the last to port over.
So use the previous provider's SIM card to receive calls from. When the incoming calls stop that is a good indication the port is complete.
Cell ports can take 2-3 hours.
Landline/voip ports can take 3+ days.
If still issues for a porting issue, submit a ticket for help; click this link: to request the transfer of your number over to Public Mobile.

Does it go to PM voicemail instead?
If you recently ported and porting is not complete or failed, YOU will be able to call out but calls in will go to old number/vmail.

Did you just join and request porting? If you did, did you reply YES to the authentication text for porting in?
Let us know how long you have been with PM and if you got incoming calls before

What do they get at their end? Did you transfer your number to here recently? Airplane mode? Do not disturb?
