Hi I’ve done everything it says to do, the 3G network is working but when someone calls my number it doesn’t go thru??

Thank you..I submitted a ticket sorry when I said everything I meant following the instructions to use the new sim.so I can make calls out and receive texts, and I put the new sim in around 1pm it’s now 8:42pm so longer than 2hours
