Hi, I joined yesterday and my phone still doesn't receive or make calls or emails. I've been getting a message that says SIM1 not provisioned

look like the sim was not properly permissioned.  Easy fix for PM CS agent,

In the mean time, make sure you remove the old sim card , and disable old eSIM.  PM sim card/eSIM should be the only showing on the SIM Manager or Settings->Cellular, and set as Primary.  Reset Network Settings and check if it helps
