hi @bettylai so , you can receive incoming calls and data works?  

did you try reboot the phone and then Reset network settings? or tried the sim card on another phone?

@bettylai have you tried restarting your phone? Also go into your Public Mobile account and confirm that you are paid up, still subscribed to a plan. Are all other services working correctly?

what plan you subscribed to ? Did you recently port in to Public Mobile ? Has calling worked up to now ? More info please.
