This generally isn't the type of thread that a customer needs a customer support agent to get involved with. The thread presents a quetsion that has already been correctly ansswered by another customer.

if you have a Canada / US /Mx plan...you can use your plan to get calls while in those countries only. Outside of those countries, you won't get Public Mobile calls.
